Kay U. Koeppen specialises in banking law and capital market law. He advises and represents financial institutions, companies and private individuals in and out of court. He is also an expert on commercial and company law. In these specific fields of law, he focuses on giving advice on and assisting in contract drafting and disputes between shareholders or partners as well as insolvency related matters and/or crisis management. Kay U. Koeppen is an assistant lecturer at the BiTS University of Applied Sciences Europe in Iserlohn and lecturer at the Hagen Law School in the specialist lawyer training course for commercial and company law (affiliated institute of the distance learning university) in Hagen.
